My plan

OK - I don't want to own a coffee shop - I want to own a place where people can go to have conversations, read, listen to music - that just happens to serve coffee, tea, and snacks.

There used to be a coffee shop in Bryn Mawr, PA called the Point that might have been my model. The Point was mostly known for it's live music scene and that's not what I'm looking to do. Some live music, but not all the time.

Failte Coffeehouse in Hopewell, NJ is more of what I'm trying to do. Even then I think I could do just 10% better (most good ideas take something already in existence, and make it 10% better).
